There's more to coffee than just espresso. In fact, there are numerous other coffee extraction techniques, both hot and cold.
At our store, you can savor not only the many hot and cold beverages based on espresso but also many other types of coffee extracted with alternative methods, such as the Chemex®, where coarsely ground coffee is steeped in boiling water and filtered through a paper filter, or the French press, where ground coffee is immersed in boiling water inside a French press pot. The coffees we use come from 12 different geographical origins, each roasted individually and then blended together according to the ancient recipe from 100 years ago. In each blend, many different types and origins of coffee are expertly combined to create a taste and flavor suitable for every palate.
